Key Responsibilities

Execute sub-strategies aligned with country/company-specific content marketing strategies.
•
Manage and oversee performance of existing B2B partners on a country-by-country basis, including contract management.
Qualifications
•
Minimum 1 year of experience in managing global partner accounts.
•
Goal-oriented with a strong ability to generate results persistently.
•
Experience in directly engaging in tasks such as discovering overseas B2B partners, expanding export markets, and correspondence.
•
High understanding of SNS content, such as TikTok/Instagram, especially short-form contents.
•
Proficient in business English and Korean for internal collaboration and communication, capable of handling tasks with global partners.

TOEIC & TOPIK Speaking Level AL or above, strong communication skills in business emails.
Preferred Qualifications
•
Over 1 year of experience in conducting Short Form Content marketing on platforms like TikTok/Instagram (Portfolio required).
•
Experience related to global K-beauty brand business.
•
Residency experience in English-speaking countries (study abroad, long-term stay, etc.).
•
Strong interest in cosmetics brands and industry, knowledgeable about global beauty trends.
•
Ability to grasp trends using data-driven insights and strong analytical skills.
•
Proficient in MS tools.
